This 'promotion period' will run between Monday 16th January 2012 00:00:01 hrs (UK) and Tuesday 17th January 2012 at 23:59:59 hrs (UK).

Refund amounts will be calculated on losses incurred on Elektra less your winnings up to £5. Your account will be refunded with up to £5 real cash.
All payments will be made into your William Hill account within 48 hours of the promotion ending, following the promotion period ending, subject (where relevant) to all necessary account opening formalities being completed.
A minimum of £1 will be awarded during any promotional period. Any amounts less than £1 will not qualify for bonus credit.

In the event of any decision or dispute regarding to the validity of any entry, the eligibility of any entrant and the eligibility for the Promotion, the decision of William Hill will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The entrant irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
