Overall not a bad site

Overall not a bad site, easy to navigate and a good selection of games. Customer service is very quick and nice to talk to someone that doesn't use "cut and paste" response

A few small negatives, the profit and loss tracker for the games, updates before your spin is complete so you can tell whether you've won or not before your turn has ended. Withdrawal processing time looks to be very, very slow judging by their T&Cs, have read a mix bag of reviews, so hopefully it is quicker than the 3-5 working days stated. If it is score would definitely be worth 5 stars

U can win big with small bet 🌟

My partner had been playing with mansion for years now under low bet of .20 to .40. Its beyond his wildest dreams that he will hit the must drop jackpot of nearly €30,000 under .40 bet.
It was crazy especially my partner was not working because of the previous lockdown.

I was a bit sceptical to be honest by…

I was a bit sceptical to be honest by reading the reviews. I won over 500 and withdrew it took 3 days but I got my money without any hassle. I uploaded all the verification documents after my withdrawal request without prompting so I didn't have any issues. Yes the withdrawal Time could be improved as most casino offer fast withdrawal usually within hours but its in the t's and c's so can't argue with that.

Won big on $60 deposit

Deposited $60 first time playing here. I made a withdrawal and submitted my documents for verification. They were verified within a few hours which was very nice. They said my e-transfer can take up to 5 business days which is kind of a long wait but ill wait it out. I will provide an update regarding the processing time and how this with-drawl process is going.

Can’t use high street banks!

My partner decided to have a flutter (against my advice). She deposited via her high street bank debit card (absolute standard card, normal well known bank), but was then told she wouldn’t get the sign up bonus due to the method payment.

Clever, very very clever.

One to avoid I think.

Edited: despite their dismissive reply below, there is nothing to suggest in their t&c that payments from well known, high street, bricks and mortar banks won’t qualify for the bonus. That was the reason they gave and it’s not shown anywhere.

As I say, one to avoid.

I’m quite new to this casino but can say I’m happy so far. Always remember you are going to lose sometimes and I only see it as a form of entertainment and bet small. But can say that extra spins and bonuses do come in quite a lot - not like some of the other websites. They take a little longer to pay out but this is written on their terms and conditions and have always paid within the three days.

This is really a dangerous site

This is really a dangerous site, be aware. Very generous welcome offer, but the games (especially the table games) are biased. Made many check on long periods of times and games, the results are wildly tilted to the house side, above any statistical logic.
I wish I could protect better on future gamblers, but go to respectful sites, don’t throw your money away. Gambling should be fun.

Advisor I spoke to (Bob) was the only person who has been able to fix this issue. My account was blocked and the previous advisors kept telling me to turn my phone off and back on again and clear the cookies - Bob took his time to understand what the issue was. Withdrawal times DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Withdrawal time and verification is incredibly long and drawn out compared to every other online casino I have tried. And noone updates you properly. Despite sending all documents as requested. They also do not process withdrawals on weekends so despite my request being placed at 8:33 am on a Friday it is not being processed till the Monday. Trying to withdraw from this site is almost impossible.



So they reply but no change.. update they have now told me they can take 5 yes 5 working days to release to your bank wish may take another 3 so if you withdraw on a Friday you could be waiting 2 weeks.

They obviously don't want to pay out so tou deposit more whilst u wait and lose you're winnings.

Further to previous review I confirm this company are gaining customers with the promise of loyalty bonuses which they then do not pay ! This company do not operate within gaming board regulations either in Gibraltar or U.K.
