Fick samma besked tidigare i år. Själv plockade jag utstick ganska frekvent i våras så jag tror det var detta mönster som fick varningslamporna att lysa i deras filter. Hade en intressant chat med deras support ang beslutet:

Soap: Im considering a visit to London this week since the Royal Ascot festival begins soon. I was wondering if you know anything about the VC shop in Deanery street?

Soap: Ok, great. Im a Swedish citizen, will that be a problem? Do I have to register to place a bet?

Kevin C - Victor Chandler: no its a normal betting shop

Soap: Ok, in Sweden you have to register for "Svenska Spel" to be able to bet on singles etc. Is it possible to bet in all VC shops in the UK without being a registered customer?

Kevin C - Victor Chandler: yes

Kevin C - Victor Chandler: Is there anything else I can help you with?

Soap: Ok good to know. You see, Im in a bit of an ethical pickle here. It seems like, for some reason that VC wont explain to me, my online account was closed without any warning or previous stakes limit.

Soap: I recieved an email that stated "no further business may be executed on your behalf. ". But in case I go to a VC shop without opening an account then we are cool right?

Kevin C - Victor Chandler: yews that will be all right

Soap: Thats great. So if I relocate to London in the future then your senior traders wont hassle me for betting on horse racing in the UK as long as I dont open up a new account?

Kevin C - Victor Chandler: yes

Soap: Terrific. Does it seem strange to you that a senior trader closed my online account but cant prevent me from being an anonymous customer in any betting shop? Seems like a waste of time of VCs resources since no one has to register at the shops

Kevin C - Victor Chandler: its like walking in to any other betting shop

Soap: Ok Kevin Im not really going to discuss this any further, I just wanted to make sure I wont be shot on sight if I enter the shop in Mayfair. In contrast to the traders that have been emailing me you have been a delight to chat with.
