Någon som kan förklara för mig vad "race manipulation" är? Jag stötte på detta när jag läste om limiteringar hos tipico.com:

If there is any suspicion of betting and race manipulation Tipico reserves the right to block payout for the respective race or sporting event until a court of arbitration for sport or an ordinary court decides that neither betting nor race manipulation has occurred. Without judicial clarification only the stake will be refunded.

Edit: Kan det handla om riggade matcher kanske?
