Malaga have already qualified for the Last 16 in the Champions League.
Los Boquerones have only ever lost one match in European competition (W9, D4, L1).
But they have won just one of their last 6 matches across all competitions (W1, D3, L2).
Malaga are without Carlos Kameni (illness), Nacho Monreal (back), Sergio Sanchez (hamstring) and Julio Baptista (achilles), while Manuel Iturra is suspended. Coach Manuel Pellegrini has opted to rest Joaquin and Javier Saviola.
