Ladbrokes Ripoff

Description: I placed a bet on a basketball game after the first half ended 26-26. I place a bet on the second half, I backed a tie on the second half. The second half ended in a tie 21-21 so I thought I won but Ladbrokes settled my bet as a lost bet. They argue:
"Thank you for your e-mail regarding your bet settlement.
We can confirm that your bet has been settled correctly.
The market you selected for was the match to end in a tie at the end of overtime."
But if this is the case then my bet is a 100% doomed to lose since a basketball match cant end in a tie after overtime. That is the purpose of a overtime, to eliminate the chances of a tie. How can they then let me bet on a tie in the second half?
