Jag mailade Pinnacle idag ang. Maltalicensen och fick bara följande mall-svar:

"Dear Client,

Thank you for contacting us.

Please be advised that the license granted by Malta is currently in a provisional state while the Malta Gaming Authority conducts their audit of our systems. Until that time all activity remains under our Curacao license. Unfortunately we cannot provide an exact timeline for the completion of the audit but we hope it to be complete within the next three months. Customers who will be moving under the Malta license will be prompted to accept our new Terms and Conditions when the time comes.

We appreciate your feedback and will continue to strive to make our website better.

Det tar jag som ett tecken på att det inte kan tolkas som skattefritt tills dess att licensen är färdigrevisionerad. När det är klart kommer du få förfrågan om du vill flyttas över till maltalicensen och acceptera nytt ToC. Inte förren då kan det tolkas som skattefritt.
