Okej så b-a-h har ett insättnings-bonus erbjudande för existerande kunder, jag gjorde en insättning enbart för att ta del av erbjudandet, men det fungerade inte och beslöt mig för att kontakta liven:

We have checked and you we not in our newsletter list and you are not in it. Furthermore, as our colleague told you in the live chat, you had newsletters deactivated in your account, when this one was sent.
Since you cannot send us the newsletter that was sent to you, in order to withdraw your funds, 1/3 of the deposit needs to be played or used to bet beforehand. Once you have played ****EUR, you will be able to request a withdrawal.

Står alltså inget i T&C att enbart kunder som fått nyhetsbrevet skulle kunna ta del av erbjudandet. Efter att ha hittat på massa ursäkter om att det inte gäller för kunder bosatta i mitt land, så säger de alltså att jag inte kan ta del av bonusen om jag raderat nyhetsbrevet..
