De har har inte ens aktiverat sin maltesiska licens så allt spel på bethard.com och relaterade sidor behöver man skatta för.

Although they have a class 2 license they still haven’t went live with it, thus, your gameplay is not under the Maltese law.
‘Sportsbook, Card Games, endorphina and isoftbet games are licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao under licence number 1668/JAZ.’
