I'm a customer living in Sweden. I recently got a mail from you telling me that from 1 Jan 2019 I need to make some changes due to http://www.betfair.com wont be able in Sweden anymore.

Am I supposed to register a new account at http://www.betfair.se or will I keep my old one?


Hi there. If you use Krona as your currency, then there are not changes to be made and you will be migrated to the new site. If you use a different currency, you will be contacted with details on how to proceed. I believe a new account will need to be created if that's the case, but it would need to be done by our Swedish help desk once that happens.

Jag har tyvärr inte lyckats få något svar från GeeksToy hur deras program kommer påverkas av denna förändring...

So after the 1 Jan I login as usual and will get instructions on screen? And to clarify, do you think it will be a problem with third part applications like Geeks Toy and similar?

That's correct, once you log in. But unfortunately you may need to check with GeeksToy themselves or via https://support.developer.betfair.com/hc/en-us to check as we do not handle third party software through this channel.
