The day before X-mas, cold night in Amsterdam 0 to -5 degrees celcius slight risk of snow. The pitch is playable according to Ajax website, but I reckon it has seen better days.
Ajax have had troubles scoring lately and are under in 4/5 last games. Only the blast 4-0 at Bernabeu went over. Today Ajax misses their two best strikers Suarez and El Hamadoui along with Nicolas Lodeiro , Kenneth Vermeer and Florian Jozefzoon, Oleguer and Teemu Tainio.
Az will miss their captain Schaars, I think both team will struggle today, both with motivation (especially Ajax) and with goalscoring. I expect a low scoring game and if Ajax manage to win, I doubt it will be with more than one goal.
There is not to much difference between these teams, only 3 points seperate them in the league and I can really see AZ snatch a result here.
