I have been in discussions with our Market Operations team who manage our markets, and I can confirm that the reason this game was suspended (in-play), was purely a technical issue due to not receiving a Live Feed.
Unfortunately on the rare occasion we subsequently lose a live feed, the match in question (and related markets) will always remain suspended until full-time (or re-activated at the Half Time interval, when possible). Therefore customers must be aware of this possibility, before placing a bet via an "in-play" game, as we are not in a position to refund any potential losses, caused by a technical issue, such as this.
We are always striving to provide our customers with the highest level of service and it is with regret that issues such as these of a technical nature can arise from time to time.
