Jag hade precis en märklig chat med sportingbet:

You: Do you speak swedish?
Lars B: Only English Michael, we no longer have any Swedish speakers with us
You: ok
You: There must have been some weird kind of error with my account
You: I haven't used it for years
You: When I logged in today it says a name, phonenumber and address which are not mine
Lars B: What is you date of birth
You: ** **** 1987
Lars B: The date of birth on the account is 23/08/59
You: haha
You: ?
You: I used this account a lot when I was playing poker 5-6 years ago
You: I googled him, it is a real person living in the same city as me. But what could possibly have happened?
You: It's my email-address
Lars B: The account was open in feb. 2005, and taken in to account your date of birth you would have been under 18 when the account was open. Would you have used others details at that time? The reason that iam asking is that you have the username as password correctly on the account
You: I have the username and password. No I wouldn't use another name than my own, I have even used this account for transactions several times so that should be impossible
Lars B: Ok. I have suspended this account, and I have to ask you to open a new account with your details
You: I could create a new account, because nothing of the details are me
Lars B: Please use a new email insteadt

Hur fan kan nån ha ändrat namn / adress / telefonnummer på mitt konto? Verkar ju jävligt märkligt, det var samma användarnamn o lösenord som tidigare. Vad jag vet går det inte att ändra namn, möjligtvis om man skickar identifikationshandlingar då?!
Är det här ett allvarligt misstag från deras sida eller är det nån som kapat kontot på något sätt? Läskigt att det kan hända i alla fall.
EDIT: kom precis på att det är omöjligt att ändra födelsedatum, så det måste vara sportingbet som gjort något galet.
