Det är och förblir en gråzon tills något domstolsavgörande antar jag, just gällande "turspel" / "oddsspel". Sportmarket har inte spellicens (EU) om jag förstår det rätt, vilket inte spelar någon roll för att dom endast agerar mäklare och placerar dina bet.
Svårt att tolka Skatteverket tyvärr. Förslagsvis gör man sig redo på att deklarera vid uttag av vinst, då det endast är då (samma år) du eventuellt blir skattepliktig, om jag förstod det rätt.
Men jag vet inte... för luddigt.

Jag är nybliven medlem på Sportmarket, men har inte ännu vågat börja använda deras system. De svarade dock så här angående beskattning av vinster när jag ställde frågan till deras support:
"Hi Namnam,
Our company - Sportmarket Ltd - is based in Malta.
We do not hold a gaming license in Malta as it is not possible for this type of business but we have met with MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) and they didn't see any problem with our business being operated from Malta as we do not take part in any bets.
We do hold a gaming license in another jurisdiction (outside EU) but we don't use that one at Sportmarket since we are not laying any parts of any bets and we also want to be doing everything from within EU.
As for the tax situation we believe (naturally we cannot guarantee anything but still) that winnings through our service would be tax-free in most EU-jurisdictions as you have your relation with us and don't have any relation with the bookmakers we work with that are based outside EU. Also, some of our partners are licensed within EU so bets can be placed with EU-based bookmakers as well.
