Oh my god, of course I know that I cannot ask to have wagers cancelled just because I feel like cancelling them. You have settled wagers which was clearly on the event on friday after the outcome in the other event on sunday. If this was any other sport you would not have made this error.
Mikaela Shiffrin did not start the race on friday, hence my wager should be cancelled. The other wager on Michelle Gisin against Wendy Holdener should still be settled as a loss.
Results from the event on friday :

Results from the other event today(sunday):

THESE ARE DIFFERENT COMPETITIONS AND NOT PART OF THE SAME EVENT.
It is very common that there are two races of the same kind in the same weekned in alpine skiing, there were for example two different mens downhill races in Kvifjell this weekend. I have never before had this issue with Pinnacle. You have made an error and now please correct it.
This is completely absurd. How on earth could a customer not expect that a selection released on thursday for an alpine combined race, which is being run on friday, to not pertain to the race on friday. Nowhere was it specified in the event description and it would never have been, because they were obviously ment for the event on friday, THE CLOSING TIME OF THE WAGERING HAD THE EXACT SAME TIME AS THE START OF THE EVENT ON FRIDAY.
You have changed the time of the event afterwards, because you have made some form of internal error with the selections.

Yes, but you put them up on thursday, when the alpine combined race was on friday. If you had ment the race on sunday you would have put "EVENT II" in the description of events. You closed all wagering at the start of the race on friday, HOW CAN YOU THEN SETTLE THEM AFTER THE RACE TODAY!? Anyone will think that the selection applies to the race on friday, I've been wagering on winter sports for several years with Pinnacle and have never had this issue before. It is obviously an error from your side.
When you put up selections for events that are months ahead in time you change the date later, so that does not really matter. They were listed under wagers for friday in my statement until you settled them after todays race.
There's obviously a huge lack of competence from your side, you frequently put out the wrong start time of events but this is a new low even with your standards. You take the odds off Bet365 and obviously have no own knowledge of this sport so it's apparently very hard to keep the different races apart. The odds you copied of Bet365 and posted on thursday was for the race on friday, the first alpine combine event.
If this is not resolved I will have lost a lot of confidence of Pinnacle as a bookmaker.

Hello,
Your behaviour here is insane. I've never had this happen before. If you put up a market on thursday for the combination which is run on friday the 24th, one believes the wagers will be based on that race. Now whenever there are two events in a discipline over a weekend I can't wager with you because you can make the decision after the events if you will settle the wagers based on the results from friday or today. Shameful.
