I have a technical question before I decide to pay for your service.
How many seconds delays will I get with streaming live races using your service?

At the moment I have 100 Mbit internet connection in both directions upload & download
The internet connection is fiber optics.

I can increase the speed to 1000 Mbit if that makes a difference.
I assume the delay comes from your servers and internet speed.

Would like some kind of estimation, do we talk about 5 to 10 seconds delay or less?

Thank you for your email.

For the services that we operate, Sky TV has the lowest latency at around 1-3 seconds. The online services (Smartphone, Tablet, PC, Freeview) will have variable latency depending on your internet connection but the average latency is around 8 seconds.
