Jag hittade denna release. Vi kan alltså använda Pinny, SBO, Matchbook etc genom SM, så länge vi betalar vinstskatt på eventuella vinster hos dessa bookies som inte har svensk licens:

As with most jurisdictions our type of business as a bet-broker (betting intermediate) cannot get a license, but we may still be considered offering gaming products.
The new legislation, as we understand it, is not prohibiting Swedish players to place bets with unlicensed operators and not forbidding operators to accept Swedish customers from other jurisdictions. Instead the take on it is that if a player places bets with a company not holding a Swedish gaming license, he will be subject to tax on winnings on a yearly basis (if there is a net win).
While we will remove SEK and not target Sweden specifically, we will continue to allow Swedish customers to use our service. Any tax issues will be a matter for each player to declare. We do not give out information to any foreign authorities unless ordered to do so from a legal body or court in Malta. Intressant hur det tolkas om att spel läggs hos SM via Betfair som har licens. Om SM kan speca utdraget eller om allt som hamnar under paraplyt ska beskattas.
