We note that you have opened an account with SBOBET and have used a 3rd party payment account to deposit. We would advise that it is Company policy not to accept 3rd party credits from any provider. We are happy to continue our relationship; however we require you to provide the following documentation:

i. Photocopy either of your Passport, Identity Card or Driving License.

ii.A utility bill (e.g. water/electricity bill) or telephone residential bill (mobile phones are NOT acceptable as per Isle of Man regulations) or a bank statement .The documents must not be more than 90 days old and have your name and residential address quoted.

We will temporarily suspend your account and once all the above documentation has been receive and verify, we will then refund any balance on the account which relates to the 3rd party directly to the account holder

Är mitt eget Skrillkonto jag satt in pengar med, men hade ett annat efternamn när jag skapade kontot för 5-6 år sedan. Registrerade mig d.v.s. med mitt aktuella efternamn hos SBO. Kan detta vara problemet tro?

Precis, dom tror att du har använt en annan persons konto vid insättningen.
