Spelbolag med licens i Belgien?

Finns det någon hake med spelbolagen med licens i Belgien? Noterar att det finns ett antal med olika typer av välkomstbonusar jag aldrig hört talas om.

Eurotierce kan du inte få någon bonus hos:

"Welcome Bonus conditions
Offer valid for any account registration on eurotierce.be and limited to account holders having a residence in Belgium, , not cumulative with any other welcome offer and valid only once per person and per account. For all first deposit in the 30 days further to the registration, with a minimum of 15 Euros, a welcome bonus with the value of your first deposit will be provided on your account, with a maximum of 100 Euros.
You cannot withdraw the money of the bonus before having completed the following conditions. You have to bet 6 times the amount of your bonus within the 60 days following your registration.
If you do not comply with those conditions, the bonus will be removed from your account.
You must be more than 18 years old and to be registered with a valid account to benefit from the bonus. Eurotierce Terms and conditions apply to this offer."

Zeturf har en sådan här regel:

"An Account Holder holding a Betting Account that has only been credited with the Registration Bonus can only place bets of one Euro."
